04. Tyler’s Concept T-Shirt Design
This self-initiated project began as a design exercise inspired by Tyler's, an Austin retailer known for its iconic, type forward graphic tees. Rather than redesigning the brand from scratch, I challenged myself to work within its established visual language—preserving the familiar signage while exploring new concepts that pushed the collection beyond simple color variations.
The result was a series of original T-shirt concepts, experimenting with illustration, composition, and storytelling while trying to push the recognizable Tyler's aesthetic. The project was an opportunity to explore how far an existing brand identity could be stretched without losing what makes it instantly recognizable.
This is an independent concept project and was not commissioned by or created in collaboration with Tyler's.
